FNB gives you the "POWER" to command your investment options! With our Power CD, your investment has all of the following characteristics:
  • Option to raise the interest rate to the current market rate.
  • You may do this twice during the term, after the first 12-month period expires.
  • Unlimited additions in increments of $1,000
  • Minimum of $10,000 to open
  • 33 month term
  • Competitive rate of interest

Christmas Club Account

This account is designed to help you accumulate funds to meet the added expenses of the holiday season. Earn interest on your savings as they build toward your goal amount. You choose the amount of each deposit -- as little or as much at a time as you want!

Individual Retirement Account

Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) now come in three different product plans. Whether your goal is higher education for your children or retirement for yourself, First National Bank has an IRA that will help make your dream a reality.

Traditional

This Individual Retirement Account allows you to defer taxes on your earnings until they are withdrawn. Also, certain contributions are tax deductible in the tax year for which they are made.

Roth

The Roth IRA is a nondeductible account that features tax-free withdrawals for certain distribution reasons after a five-year holding period. If you expect that you will be in a higher tax bracket when you retire, this account may be of greater benefit to you than the Traditional account.

Education

The Coverdell Education Savings Account is a nondeductible account that features tax-free withdrawals for a very specific purpose -- a child's higher education expenses. Qualified higher education distributions from this account are penalty free and tax free.
